I emailed them about whether a part would fit, and they got back to me with a clear enough answer. It did take about a day or so, which wasn’t terrible, but I was kind of hoping they’d offer a little discount or something for the wait. Still, I got the info I needed in the end.

I was able to find the parts I needed quickly, which was a relief. Didn’t have to dig around forever or... yeah, it just made the whole thing easier.

The part showed up damaged, which was annoying enough on its own. I figured, okay, stuff happens, I’ll just contact support and get it sorted out. But then I kept getting passed from one person to another, and the return process turned into way more of a hassle than it needed to be. At this point I’m still waiting for an actual fix, i’m just wondering why this has to be so complicated

I ordered a couple of parts from kentuckymustang.com after poking around a few different sites, and their prices were reasonable compared to what I was seeing elsewhere. Shipping wasn’t exactly a bargain, which always annoys me a little, mostly because I’ll spend 20 minutes debating a shipping fee and then go buy lunch without thinking twice. But in this case, the lower part prices kind of balanced it out. Everything showed up in good shape and was pretty much what I expected. Nothing mind-blowing, but no real problems either. I wouldn’t call it a perfect experience, but if I’m hunting for Mustang parts again and their pricing is good, I’d probably order from them another time.

I ordered a few parts for my old Mustang i was way more impressed than I expected to be. Everything felt solid right out of the box, and the fit was actually spot on, no flimsy, cheap-feeling junk at all. I was practically grinning like a kid once it all came together. Super happy with the quality, and I’d absolutely buy from them again.

Most of the parts I needed were actually in stock, which felt like a small miracle these days. I only had to hunt around a little, so overall, not bad at all.

I ordered a part and ended up needing to return it. I did get my refund eventually, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up by email to get things moving. Customer service was polite, but I felt a bit dismissed, like my return wasn’t really a priority. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but the refund process definitely could’ve been smoother and quicker.

My order did show up, so that was good. The tracking updates were a little slow though, but overall it seemed to work out okay

I ordered a few parts that were listed as fitting my Mustang, but they were off by maybe half an inch here and there and didn’t line up right. I ended up spending around a whole weekend making extra adjustments just to get things close. Frustrating, and not what I expected...

They said my delivery would arrive, but here I am still waiting with nothing. It’s really frustrating when the promise sounds so clear and then the reality is completely different

To be fair, I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but the box arrived solid and everything inside was wrapped really well. No scratches, nothing loose, and all the parts looked just as they should. Satisfied with how it showed up.

I sent a couple of emails and mostly just sat there waiting without a clear update, which is frustrating when you’ve already spent your money and are trying to plan around the parts arriving. The order did show up, so I’ll give them credit for that, but I do think companies have a responsibility to communicate with customers in a timely way.
